Ellison Realty, Inc., One Of The Most Established Real-Estate Brokers In Central Florida, Today Completed Its Acquisition Of Riverland Realty.

The acquisition of Riverland Realty, based in Dunnellon FL, enhances Ellison Realty’s long standing position in the North Central Florida Real Estate Market and further strengthens the company’s position in the area.
The combination of these two well respected brokerages will result in greater efficiencies and improve our ability to meet the needs of the growing real estate market.

Riverland Realty, will continue to operate under its current name, but is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Ellison Realty, Inc.
Riverland Realty will resume business operations out of its current location thus, expanding the Ellison Realty office footprint.
