Coldwell Banker® Ellison Realty (CBER) hosted their annual awards banquet on April 12, 2023 recognizing achievements of their agents at the World Equestrian Center (WEC). Attending were approximately 60 agents, staff and guests from the company’s two offices in Ocala and our newest office in Dunnellon, Coldwell Banker® Riverland Realty (CBRR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ellison Realty, Inc.
Ellison Realty celebrates a milestone anniversary as 2023 represents our 50th year serving the real estate needs of the community here in North Central Florida, as well as being a 25-year affiliate of Coldwell Banker. ®
Among the special guests this year were our guest speaker, Tom James of the Ocala Chamber & Economic Partnership (CEP); Alise Williams, Alise Williams Insurance; Pam Drew & Lauren Chenette, First Federal Bank; and Heather Walstrom, All American Land Title.
Chris Swor from our downtown Ocala office was awarded the 2022 CBER Top Associate of the Year as well as the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Elite and the Coldwell Banker® Commercial Circle of Distinction awards.
Terry Solan from our SW Ocala office was awarded the 2022 CBER Top Listing Agent of the Year as well as the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Elite award.
The Priest Group, also from our downtown Ocala office, were awarded the 2022 CBER Team of the Year as well as the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Premier award.
Tom Reilly and Glenn Moore from Coldwell Banker® Riverland Realty office were awarded the 2022 CBRR Top Listing & Sales Agents of the Year. They were also awarded the Coldwell Banker® International Diamond Society Team award.
CBER had five Rising Stars in 2022. Kristina De Jesus, Andre Baksh, and Jainarine “Genesh” Ramnarine of our SW Ocala office, and Helen “Dee” Fenstermaker and Celia Werschulz of our downtown Ocala office.
CBER’s 2022 Rookie of the Year was Neal King from our downtown Ocala office.
